Choose a look before choosing a landmark

Bring a few examples of the mood you like: soft greenery, open water, stone architecture or a city backdrop. We can use those references to plan portraits that suit you rather than trying to include every location on the list.

Leave time for photographs, not just travel

Parking, walking, outfit changes and travel between locations all take time. Standard and Popular senior packages include one outdoor location; Advanced includes two. Compare the session lengths and package inclusions before choosing your route.

Plan around light, weather and access

The look of a location changes with the season, time of day and weather. Open lakefront settings can be windy; wooded paths and riverbanks can be uneven or wet. Tell me about any mobility or access needs so we can choose a practical meeting point and discuss a weather backup.

Confirm the location before the session

A public place is not automatically available for every type of shoot. We will confirm current access, any photography permissions or fees, and the meeting point before finalizing the plan. Indoor venues such as The Arcade need separate permission and should not be assumed to be an outdoor-session or rain-backup option.
